I just wanted to let you all know what a great experience it has been working with everyone at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From my initial phone call, meetings with the Home Comfort Advisor and with the installation over the last two days, things have been so easy.Brian's efficiency and knowledge as well as his manner were an important part of our final decision to use One Hour. We appreciated the time he took with us and how quickly he got the ball rolling when we made a final decision.
Derek and Mark were hard working, extremely informative, happy and polite. They were punctual and were even okay with my 6 year old checking out what they were doing. They left my house cleaner than it was before they came, and walked me through all the necessary information for our new furnace and A/C. We greatly appreciate their work ethic.
Not to beleaguer the phrase, but, it has been a 'great experience' working with you! We will have no problems recommending One Hour to our friends and family.

Dear Mr. Popowich,
A few months ago Boonstra's ran the "Oldest Furnace Contest", the winner receiving a new high efficiency furnace valued at almost $5000. We knew that our furnace was older and had previously been advised that it was approximately 50 years old, so I took a chance and entered the contest. Shortly after, we were contacted by your staff to arrange for a technician to verify the age of our furnace. We were in disbelief that we could have possibly won a new furnace!
From the technician Hans, to the installer Tim and wonderful sales manager Amy Anderer who helped us co-ordinate everything up to the installation, everyone we dealt was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. What a difference in the power of the new forced air flowing through our vents. We noticed immediately that our 1920's house no longer had the same temperature fluctuations throughout and for the first time our upstairs is the same temperature as the main floor.
Thank you Boonstra's for the opportunity to win this wonderful prize. We no longer have to worry when the winter comes if our furnace will last one more year. We never would have believed the difference a new furnace makes!Sincerely,
