Todd is ecstatic to join the Boonstra's One Hour Team as General Manager. He is delighted because of the company's 50+ year legacy in the Hamilton - Halton area, for delivering timely customer service, top-quality North American manufactured HVAC equipment, and the best technical diagnostics in the industry. As the leader of the top Home Comfort Company in the Hamilton - Halton Area, and the opportunity of working with such a World Class Team has created many dynamic opportunities for enhancing our customer service experience. It has also led to more opportunities for advancement for our employees. Todd believes this will allow Boonstra's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning the ability to give another 50+ years of service to our great community! Todd and his wife, Krissy, love to enjoy our neighbours Niagara wine heritage, and are excited to participate in local charity based events, particularly 5/10/ and 20k marathons, but are most proud to be raising their two sons; Cole and Jack.

Mario joined the Boonstra's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning's team because he wanted to work with a company that stands behind their promises and guarantees. Mario truly believes that each and every customer deserves to be 100% satisfied with every service that is provided for them. He is a certified gas technician with certificates in heat loss/heat gain calculations and air system design. Mario has also completed several HVAC and customer service courses and feels that if a day goes by without him learning something new than it was not a successful day. Mario and his wife Marylena and daughter Natasha have a shared passion for the theatre arts and enjoy travelling to nearby Stratford Ontario to attend the wonderful plays that are offered during the Stratford Festival each and every year. Bob joined the Boonstra team in 2005 coming from a strong background in purchasing for over 20 years. His commitment to sourcing the best product pricing so the savings are passed onto One Hours Customers. He is also in charged of making sure our Service and Install trucks are fully stocked to minimize customer down time.

Bob and his wife presently live in Burlington and are the very proud grandparents to Alyssa.
