Jon-George Popowich
General Manager
Jon-George joined Boonstra’s One-Hour as Sales Manager in June of 2005. What attracted Jon-George to work with Boonstra’s One-Hour was their unique commitment to a “win-win-win” atmosphere where the customer wins, the employee, and finally—the company. Jon-George comes from a background of Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Management. Jon-George is a graduate of McMaster University and his early career started with a North American wide rental agency and then continued to Retail Sales Management within the automotive industry. Cars are a passion that Jon-George still holds close, however—his family and dedication to helping grow relationships at One-Hour consumes most of his time today. At One-Hour, Jon-George’s primary responsibility is the recruitment and training of Home-Comfort Advisors—being, their front line professional representatives. He is also strongly involved in helping grow the One-Hour Brand and client base. Any suggestions or ideas are always welcomed. Jon-George is excited to speak with existing clients and prospective employees.

Amy Anderer
Sales Manager
Amy Anderer joined the One Hour team as Sales and Marketing Manager of One Hour Niagara in October of 2006. Amy’s career has centred around a commitment to exceptional client service, and her passion for customer enthusiasm was developed over many years working with Saturn and the custom retail industry, and now with One Hour.

Amy lives on the Mountain in Hamilton and has been a long-time customer of Boonstra’s One Hour. In June of 2009, Amy became the Sales and Marketing Manager at Boonstra’s and is very excited to deliver the same quality customer experience to both new and long-time Boonstra clients.

Bob Chepyha
Warehouse and Purchasing Manager
Bob joined the Boonstra team in 2005 coming from a strong background in purchasing for over 20 years. His commitment to sourcing the best product pricing so the savings are passed onto One Hours Customers. He is also in charged of making sure our Service and Install trucks are fully stocked to minimize customer down time.

Bob and his wife presently live in Burlington and are the very proud grandparents to Alyssa.




Sean Hinkley
Operations Manager
Sean Hinkley has been in the HVAC industry for 22 years and has brought a wide range of experience to Boonstra’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Sean holds Certificates of Qualification in Sheet Metal, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and Gas Fitter 2 which allows him to lead, with confidence and respect, a group of highly talented Service and Installation Technicians. Sean enjoys the positive attitudes of his work environment and is very proud to be part of such a great team.
